General Information

To start the TV-Browser

• Windows: execute tvbrowser.exe
• Mac OS X: execute TV-Browser.app
• Sonstige: execute tvbrowser.sh, alternatively with java -jar tvbrowser.jar

Disclaimer: for Linux/Unix the file tvbrowser.sh has to be made executable by command chmod 755 tvbrowser.sh in directory tvbrowser.

Parameter

As additional parameters the following can be used:

-minimized	to start TV-Browser minimized
-nosplash	surpresses the display of start-screen
-Duser.home=/EINSTELLUNGEN	This directory contains the so called .tvbrowser-directory (so called Homeverzeichnis)
-Duser.language=de	to define the language(de=Deutsch, en=Englisch...)

Within Windows these parameters can be moved to tvbrowser.exe easily. e.g.:

tvbrowser.exe -minimized

Within Unix these parameters have to be added after tvbrowser.sh . e.g.:

tvbrowser.sh -minimized

The parameters can be configured permanantly since TV-Browser 2.0 in Einstellungen - Sonstiges .
